Our open office seating creates just the right space for incidental innovation and team-building activities. Currently, for those wishing to remain connected and in-person, we host meetings and conferences out of our innovative space.

State-of-the-Art Technology

While our workers have mostly been remote over the course of the pandemic, remote workers can still participate in the office through our state-of-the-art zoom rooms and Beam robots.

Having Fun & Building Culture

Our location makes our space perfect for having fun together. Employees historically have taken part in our weekly “AerWalks” to explore the city, get some exercise, and share a healthy meal together at any of dozens of health food eateries in the area. Our kegerator, wine fridge, ping pong table, and dart boards help bring our people together.

Health and Safety First

Throughout most of the pandemic, we have been lucky and agile enough to be able to temporarily transition to a remote-first workforce for 99% of our staff.

While we long for the days when we can white-board together again, and we truly believe that in-person collaboration delivers some of our best work, we have always put the health and safety of our employees first through our vaccination and in-person attendance policies. Our hope is that our offices will once again become burgeoning centers of innovation and culture-building, but we also understand that the world has changed and expectations of employee attendance moving forward will incorporate this ever-adapting reality.
