Throughout most of the pandemic, we have been lucky and agile enough to be able to temporarily transition to a remote-first workforce for 99% of our staff.
While we long for the days when we can white-board together again, and we truly believe that in-person collaboration delivers some of our best work, we have always put the health and safety of our employees first through our vaccination and in-person attendance policies. Our hope is that our offices will once again become burgeoning centers of innovation and culture-building, but we also understand that the world has changed and expectations of employee attendance moving forward will incorporate this ever-adapting reality.
