Evans has an outstanding track record of leadership and success in the M2M industry, implementing industry best practices and scale to network operations and support functions.

In addition, Evans's in-depth experience in implementing Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 27001 network certification will further enhance Aeris's network operations.

Before Aeris, Evans was vice president of network operations and carrier relations for Numerex. While at Numerex, Evans directed the company's worldwide network infrastructure organization including all facets of IT/MIS, network and enterprise environments. Evans began his career at Verizon Communications where he spent more than 20 years and led the development and implementation of emerging technology platforms and product solutions into Verizon's network infrastructure. Evans also held a directorship at Charles Industries. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
