Aeris Communications requires that all our partners use only Aeris Network Approved hardware. The choice of communication device is a critical element to a successful deployment. These products have been vigorously tested and are fully certified to operate on the Aeris Network.
Hardware may be purchased directly from the manufacturer or their distributers and resellers. Each item is listed with a link to an Order Sheet which provides the specific purchase details.

Aeris Approved CDMA Radio Modules

CDMA Radio Modules are fully tested and approved for use on the Aeris Network. These devices are shipped with the latest firmware levels and the current Preferred Roaming List (PRL) to ensure optimal performance. Many modules are available pre-activated to help steamline your manufacturing process. |
Aeris Approved CDMA Radio Modems
|
CDMA radio modems are self-contained wireless communi-cation devices. Internally they use an Aeris Approved radio module. Most radio modems are fully certified and are ready to use on the Aeris Network without any additional testing or network certifications. |
GSM Radio Modules and Modems
|
Any GSM radio module or modem which have been approved by Aeris Carrier partners can be deployed on the Aeris GSM Network. GSM modems are typically ready to use right out of the box. OEM devices using GSM modules require FCC certification prior to deployment. |
