The Aeris support team can be accessed by phone, email or through our web portal, and all activity is tracked through a trouble ticket system. How do I connect to Aeris for wireless connectivity? |

For wireless data connectivity, Aeris utilizes VPN connections between Aeris and our customers. For SMS connectivity, Aeris uses SMPP connections between our customers and the Aeris. For device management and account control, Aeris uses standard API’s such as XML or SOAP to connect to our AerFrame platform to provision, activate and manage the wireless data aspects of the wireless endpoints. In addition, Aeris has a web portal called AerPort that allows internet based access for account and device control and information. |
