Product Marketing Intern
Where are you from?
What do you study and where?
I study Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University.
Favorite Aeris project that you have worked on?
My favorite project at Aeris was working on our mock pitch deck that we presented to Makena Capital Management.
Favorite experience with the interns?
My favorite experience with everyone was going to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. It was our first time really being together outside of the work space and we really got to know each other.
What have you gained from the internship?
I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about IoT and more importantly working in an office setting with many different departments working together to reach a common goal.
What advice would you give someone considering an Aeris internship?
I would encourage the next group of interns to just ask a lot of questions and get a feel for what they like and what they don’t like. Come into work every day trying to learn something and soak up everything the executives teach you.
What is your most unforgettable memory at Aeris?
I don’t have one distinct memory, but I remember hanging out and having fun with all of the interns. Everyone I worked with was super helpful and we formed friendships that will last a lifetime.
What is your favorite part about working at Aeris?
I personally enjoyed coming into work every day and learning something new. I wasn’t familiar with IoT at first and being able to learn about it from the professionals at Aeris was awesome.
What made you choose Aeris?
I believe that IoT is something that is growing dramatically and will be relevant for a long time. Being able to understand the industry, whether or not I get into it specifically, will be very helpful to me down the road.
