Reaching Out

To ensure inclusionary hiring practices and accountability, we launched our Behavioral Interview Workshop to cover training for current managers. Additionally, some of our recruiting strategies include posting on diversity career boards, participation in women in technology programs, diversity focused campaigns on Glassdoor, partnership with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), as well as other organizations that can forward our inclusionary end goals.
