If you are not satisfied with your Aeris SIMs, you can request a full refund for your new and unused SIM cards within 30 days of purchase.


If you decide within 30 days of receiving your Aeris SIM cards that you do not want to use the SIM cards that you purchased, you can request a full refund. SIM cards are eligible for refund if:
  • They were received within the prior 30 days, and
  • They have never have been provisioned on the Aeris network
It is OK if the package has been opened as long as the conditions above are met.


Please open a ticket to request a full refund. You will need to have your original order number and for each SIM package, the 6 digit Aeris code. When you have completed the refund request, we will promptly cancel the SIMs. If we ask you to return the SIM cards, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You must package any SIM cards to be returned appropriately in using either the original packaging used to ship the SIM cards to you or another packaging that will protect the SIMs from crushing or moisture. You must put the shipping label we provide you on the package, and then take the package to our shipping partner within 5 days of receiving the prepaid return shipping label.


We will credit your account within 5 days to the payment method you specify when you request the refund for the amount you paid for the SIM cards, including shipping costs and taxes, when we confirm that the SIM cards qualify for the refund and, if we have asked you to return them, we receive the returned items. If any of your SIM cards do not meet the conditions for a refund (the refund request was completed more than 30 days after you received the SIM cards, they have been provisioned or, if they were to be returned, they were delivered to our shipping partner more than 5 days after the prepaid return shipping label was provided or they weren’t packaged properly for shipping back to us and were damaged), Aeris will notify you at the email address you provided when you requested the refund. No refunds are given for SIM cards that do not meet the conditions.


If you discover within 12 months of purchase that a SIM card does not operate properly or has a defect in its materials or workmanship, you can receive a replacement at no cost to you. This warranty and the satisfaction guarantee don’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation or use or accidents involving your SIM cards.
