For security reasons, your SIMs are not ready to be used in the Aeris network when you receive them. In this tutorial you’ll learn how to assign and provision your SIMs in the Aeris network.
Each of your SIM packages contains an information sheet. Each sheet contains a unique code – make sure you have the sheets at your fingertips.
Misplaced one of your sheets? Contact us.
Go to AerPort™ and sign-in with your credentials – Email and password are the same as those you used when you ordered your SIM cards.
Navigate to the AerPort Dashboard tab.
This step associates your SIM’s ICCID with your account and authorizes the services to which you’ve subscribed (data and SMS). For each of your SIM packages, enter the unique Aeris code provided on the information sheet and click Assign.
Provision your SIMs
A) Check the box next to ICCID number.
B) Click “Provision”.
C) In new pop-up box titled “Select rate plan and provision selected devices” select the desired “Rate plan”.
D) Click “Apply”.
E) SIM Inventory
The device will be moved from your “SIM inventory” tab to your “In use” tab (under the Devices tab).
That’s it! Your SIMs are assigned to your account and provisioned in the Aeris network.
