CHICAGO, IL, May 12, 2026 – Aeris, a global leader in cellular management platforms, security services and connected vehicle programs, today announced the appointment of Rozi Bhimani as General Counsel. Bhimani joins the Aeris executive leadership team to oversee global legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance as the company continues to scale its innovations in AI and cybersecurity.

Bhimani brings over 20 years of legal expertise in highly regulated industries, including fintech, cybersecurity, and consumer protection. As the first dedicated legal leader for Coalition’s Security business, she led legal strategy, advised on product development, regulatory compliance, and commercial initiatives, supported M&A and strategic growth efforts, streamlined contracting to enable revenue expansion, and provided guidance on operational and cybersecurity incident response matters.

In her previous roles, Bhimani served as General Counsel for Halo Investing, Inc., a Chicago-based Series C fintech startup . She also spent a decade as a Staff Attorney for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), litigating high profile consumer protection cases and returning millions of dollars to defrauded consumers.
