Noida, March 12 2020: Aeris Communications, a preferred Internet of Things (IoT) technology partner for enterprises, announced that it was presented with the ‘Best Employer Brand Award’ by ET Now at the 28th Edition of World HRD Congress held in Taj Land’s End, Mumbai. This is the second time in a row that Aeris has been recognized at this platform.

The award ceremony was organised by ET Now in association with the World HRD Congress to identify the companies with growing capacities to generate employment and their capability to offer an engaging environment to work at. The award selection involved critical scrutiny of various areas such as employment generation potential, growth trajectory, previous and new strategies for skill development, employee engagement and recognition activities, previous recognitions in employment generation, etc.
The award ceremony witnessed a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academicians, economists and human resource consultants. An international jury comprising eminent industry stalwarts selected the 200 winners from a pool of over 1200 plus corporate houses after a rigorous evaluation process. The parameters for the selection of the award included linkage between people and business strategy, innovation in people practices, penetration of HR initiatives, the impact of people processes on business & spectrum and impact of talent management process.
